We ("we", "us", "our") develop All Video Downloader, an Android application for downloading,
organizing, and viewing video media files. This page explains what information the app accesses
or collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. This policy applies to All Video Downloader
wherever it is distributed (Google Play or otherwise).
1. Information we collect
We try to keep data collection to what's needed to run the app and its ad-supported free
features. We collect information in three ways:
a. Information you provide
All Video Downloader does not require account creation or sign-in. We do not collect your name, email
address, or phone number directly through the app.
b. Information collected automatically
Device and app info — device model, manufacturer, OS version, app version,
language, screen/display characteristics, and general diagnostics, collected via Firebase
Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand usage and fix crashes.
Advertising identifier (AAID) — a resettable identifier used by our ad
partners to serve and measure ads, and by us to measure install campaigns and detect
fraudulent/automated traffic.
Android ID — a device identifier used for the same install-campaign
measurement and fraud-prevention purposes as the advertising identifier above.
Crash and performance data — stack traces and device state at the time of
a crash, via Firebase Crashlytics.
Device diagnostics for fraud prevention — to detect installs that look
automated, emulated, or otherwise fraudulent (rather than a genuine person installing from
Google Play), we collect a broader set of device signals when the app starts: hardware/CPU
details, memory and storage capacity, sensor and camera presence, supported media codecs,
battery charge level and charging status, network connection type (Wi-Fi/cellular/VPN),
SIM/carrier and mobile network information (when the phone permission is granted), the list
of other apps installed on the device (package names and labels only — needed for both this
app's default-Home-launcher feature and for spotting freshly-provisioned "farm" devices with
suspiciously few real apps installed), and developer/automation settings such as whether USB
debugging or accessibility services are enabled. We also use Google Play's Install Referrer
and, where enabled, Google Play Integrity to verify an install came from a genuine device via
the Play Store rather than an emulator, bot, or modified app.
c. Information accessed on your device
Video files & media storage — to save, list, open, view, and organize your downloaded videos, the app reads and writes
files to your device's media storage. Video file contents are stored locally on your device and
are not uploaded to our servers.

To show download progress, completion status, and update notifications, which you can disable anytime.
Internet / Advertising ID
Required to download requested videos, proxy CDN requests, load ad configuration, and serve ads.
Phone state (optional)
Used only for the device-diagnostics fraud-prevention signals described in Section 1b, if granted; the app functions without it.
You can review or revoke any of these permissions at any time from your device's
Settings > Apps > All Video Downloader > Permissions. Some features (like
saving videos) will not work correctly without the storage permission.
3. Advertising & analytics
All Video Downloader is a free, ad-supported app. Our advertising and analytics partners may collect
your advertising identifier, general device information, and approximate location (derived
from IP address) to serve ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Some partners may build
an advertising profile across apps to personalize ads, subject to your device's ad settings
and, where applicable, your consent choice shown in-app.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how people use the app (screens visited, features
used, crash frequency) in aggregate — this data is not used to identify you personally.
Separately, we send device identifiers (advertising ID, Android ID) and the device diagnostics
described in Section 1b to our own backend when the app starts, to measure which ad campaign an
install came from and to flag installs that look automated or fraudulent (e.g. emulators, test
devices, dev mode, cloud device farms). This is not processed ephemerally — it is retained per
the schedule in Section 6 — and is not shared with third parties beyond
our own infrastructure.
4. How we use information
To operate core features — downloading, playing, and organizing videos and wallpapers.
To show and measure ads that keep the app free to use.
To diagnose crashes and improve app stability and performance.
To understand feature usage in aggregate and prioritize improvements.
To attribute app installs to marketing campaigns and detect fraudulent/automated installs.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share the limited data described above with:
The service providers that help us operate the app, strictly to provide their
respective service (ads, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, fraud detection).
Law enforcement or regulators, only if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. Data retention
Analytics and crash data are retained by our providers per their own retention policies
(typically up to 14 months for Firebase Analytics, configurable on our end). Installation
attribution and fraud-detection records in our database are retained as long as needed for
attribution reporting and fraud analysis, after which they are periodically purged. Downloaded
videos and other media content you open never leave your device through us.
7. Security
We rely on Android's app sandboxing and Firebase's infrastructure security (encryption in
transit) to protect data in our systems. No method of electronic storage or transmission is
100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
Ad personalization — reset or limit your advertising ID in
Android Settings > Privacy > Ads.
Notifications — disable anytime in
Settings > Apps > All Video Downloader > Notifications.
Storage access — revoke in
Settings > Apps > All Video Downloader > Permissions (this will limit video downloads).
Phone state permission — revoke or never grant it in
Settings > Apps > All Video Downloader > Permissions; the app works without it.
Uninstalling the app removes all app settings from your device.
9. Children's privacy
All Video Downloader is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your
region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a
child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details below and we
will remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal
reasons. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after
changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
